Marcus Dapp is researching how blockchain technology can help create new incentive systems in peer-to-peer economic networks with a more sustainable twist ("blockchain for sustainability/social good").
His interests range across cryptoeconomics, token economies, social proofs, community currencies, self-organizing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO), and mechanism design. Besides the project futureICT2 he is academic lead of the “Blockchain and Internet of Things” course.
