Heike Hartmann is an specialist for information and documentation in the library environment. At the ETH Library Lab she is responsible for the Innovator Fellows' support and for the coordination of the overall fellowship program.
Heike Hartmann studied Information & Documentation at University of Applied Science in Potsdam, Germany. At the same time, she worked at the market research company NFO Infratest in Munich in the business intelligence team. Afterwards, she joined Siemens AG to work in the Corporate Information Research Center based in Munich.
Heike Hartmann has been working at the ETH Library since 2008, where she was initially responsible for the E-Collection (today: ETH Research Collection) and the implementation of the open access strategy in the Digital Library.
Heike now works at the Image Archive of ETH Library where she is still in charge of the Image Archive Online and the Crowdsourcing initiative.
