Nadja Mueller is an entrepreneur and freelance consultant for qualitative market research with long-standing practical expertise.
Since 2009, her company MFG Mueller supports corporate and public organisations in developing a better understanding regarding the experience environments of potential consumers and/or users. Therefore, Nadja observes and analyses the behaviour and needs of defined target groups in order to inform human-centric innovation and product development processes.
Before she became an entrepreneur, she worked for market research institutes and companies for several years. Moreover, she initiated, founded and lead the IG “Qualitative Marktforschung Schweiz”.
Nadja Mueller earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Applied Science and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. Moreover, she applies tools and techniques she gained during a CAS in “Design Thinking” at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) in order to support interdisciplinary and iterative innovation projects.
Nadja Mueller is the consumer’s voice, qualitative researcher, design explorer and curious mind … and all of it with a lot of passion.
