Agnis Stibe is professor at ESLSCA Business School in Paris, France, and founder of the Transforming Wellbeing Theory.
At Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT Media Lab), he established research on Persuasive Cities that encourage healthy and sustainable living. Prof. Stibe believes that we can make our world a better place by blending technological innovations with behavioral science to empower positive transformations at scale.
At ESLSCA Business School Paris, he advances work on Transforming Business Innovations that leverage socio-psychological theories to design sustainable shifts in our societies and organizations towards success and wellbeing. His Transforming Wellbeing Theory (TWT) also includes a Transforming Toolset with 8 scientifically grounded tools made for ensuring every positive transformation gains success.
He has worked for Fortune 100 companies, including Hewlett-Packard and Oracle. He has received awards Nokia Foundation (Finland), Dr. Theo and Friedl Schoeller Research Center for Business and Society (Germany), the Ministry of Education and Science (Latvia), and from the renowned MIT Media Lab (USA).
