Prof. Dr. Daniel Hürlimann

Assistant Professor of Business Law, with special emphasis on Information Law

Daniel Hürlimann has been Co-Director of the Research Center for Information Law at the University of St. Gallen since February 2016.

His fields of research are:

  • Information Law
  • Intellectual Property Law
  • Human Rights
  • Health Law

 

In 2014 he founded the first Open Access law journal in Switzerland: sui-generis.ch.
